Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for the Juarez site to lead inventory integrity, audits, and process improvements. The role focuses on root cause analysis, cross-functional liaison, and KPI reporting to optimize service levels for customers.

The successful candidate will manage audits, coordinate with departments, and drive improvements across inventory related processes, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting for leadership and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MRP systems or related field.
• Proficient in data entry and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read, research and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.

Responsabilidades

• Identify root cause discrepancies in warehouse/inventory and research information from the MRP system.
• Liaise with departments to highlight errors and implement improvements.
• Assist in developing site inventory process improvements and hold ups for implementation.
• Oversee internal audits and audit preparation per company standards.
• Produce KPI and inventory performance reports for customers and site leadership.
• Monitor compliance and implement new procedures with management and operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to handle requests and issues.
• Research excess inventory and coordinate movement or sales of excess material.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Inventory Control Supervisor located in Juarez Site

Typical day looks like:

• Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores Retrieves and researches information from the Manufacturing Requirements Planning system.
• Liaises with other departments and senior department staff to highlight errors and implement improvements as required.
• Assists in development of process improvements on site in relation to inventory related process steps and hold up for implementation.
• Oversees and performs regular internal audits and external audit preparation in accordance to company’s best practices and external required standards.
• Produces statistical management information and key performance indicators measuring inventory performance and service levels provided to each customer.
• Monitors procedural compliance; holds up implementation of new procedures in conjunction with management and operations.
• Liaises with internal and external customers and deals with requests and issues.
• Researches excess inventory by customer and makes recommendations for reducing excess and obsolete material including coordination of movement of excess material back to the customer Negotiates sales price and coordinates the sale of excess material.
• Provides escalation point to inventory management in relation to unresolved issues.
• Maintains metrics acknowledge to site or corporate requirements and produces reports as needed.

Requirements

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MRP systems or related field.
• Good office skills: data entry, office software to include, word, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
• Ability to read, research and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and acknowledge to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
