Inventory Control Specialistto join the SCL Lighting team, reporting directly to the SCL Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez, Chihuahua.
As the Inventory Control Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Execute and manage the cycle counting (ABC) program in alignment with Marelli standards.Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.Analyze discrepancies identified during cycle counts and perform root cause analysis (RCA).Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements (internal and external).Monitor and report key KPIs, including:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.2–3+ years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong experience in cycle counting and high-volume inventory environments.ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Knowledge of inventory methodologies (ABC, FIFO).Familiarity with quality standards (IATF 16949 is a plus).High attention to detail, strong discipline, and accuracy-driven mindset.

Proven track record managing cycle counting programs with high accuracy results (≥ 98–99% preferred).
Hands-on experience ininventory reconciliation, variance control, and root cause analysis.

Experience working inhigh-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and supply chain teams.
Proactive approach to identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Capability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
