Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Services Operations.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills with KPI analysis.
• Experience in process improvement and project management; able to drive initiatives independently.
• Experience with process automation tools such as Power Automate or RPA.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory control processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Map end-to-end systems and processes; document data flows and controls.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; build dashboards.
• Drive automation projects and digital transformation across operations.
• Act as logistics SME across forward/reverse logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
