Infineon Technologies AG in Mexico offers a Design and Digital Content Intern role within the Go2Market Academy, collaborating with international teams to craft engaging internal communications and multimedia content. You will gain hands-on experience in a global semiconductor environment, exploring AI-enabled content solutions and creative storytelling.

Hybrid part-time schedule, 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, and involvement in video production, template management, and training support.

Formación

• Passion for communication, digital content creation, and visual storytelling, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic global environment.
• Experience using video editing software and digital design tools is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.

Your Role

As a Design and Digital Content Intern, you will support the development of engaging communication materials that enhance knowledge sharing, employee engagement, and learning initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Go2Market (G2M) Academy team, you will contribute to content creation, internal communications, and multimedia projects while gaining hands‑on experience in a global semiconductor environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop creative, communication, and digital content skills while collaborating with international teams and exploring innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence applications.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Content Creation: Support the development of creative multimedia content for internal communication and learning initiatives
• Video Production: Assist with video recording sessions and perform post‑production editing activities
• Presentation Design: Create visually engaging presentations using digital design and content creation tools
• Internal Communications: Develop and distribute communication materials to support effective information sharing
• Template Management: Create and maintain communication templates for a variety of business needs
• Training Support: Assist in the planning and execution of Go2Market Academy trainings, workshops, and learning event Innovation
• Projects: Contribute to artificial intelligence initiatives and support the exploration of new content solutions

Your Profile

Passion for communication, digital content creation, and visual storytelling, combined with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic global environment.

• Education: Currently in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Integral Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, with an expected graduation in May/June 2027
• Digital Tools: Experience using video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud or CapCut
• Design Skills: Knowledge of graphic design and content creation platforms such as Canva
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Personal Competencies: Ability to work independently with a proactive and reliable approach
• Adaptability: Comfortable learning new tools, processes, and technologies while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Internship Benefits

• $5,500 gross pesos bi-weekly pay
• $1,000 pesos restaurant voucher bi-weekly pay
• Direct hire (no agencies)
