Responsibilities

• Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.
• Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes.
• Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability.
• Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP.
• Creation of Purchase Orders.
• Improve internal KPIs and measure the performance of carriers and forwarders.
• Receipt of invoices and payments to suppliers with budget monitoring.
