Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's or CPA desirable.
Minimum 8–10 years in accounting/finance with 3+ years in leadership roles.
Experience in multinational or complex international structures.
Strong IFRS and Mexican Financial Reporting Standards knowledge.
ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll and cost accounting.
Ensure timely IFRS/GAAP financial statements and reporting.
Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
Develop policies and internal controls; coordinate audits and tax filings.
Analyze performance, provide strategic financial insights to executives.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
Lead and mentor the accounting team for high performance.
Implement and maintain financial systems to improve accuracy.
