Empresa Confidencial seeks an Internal Communications Leader to drive the internal communications strategy across our manufacturing operations. You will focus on clear, timely, and effective communication with employees at different levels, aligning business priorities, culture and initiatives.

The role collaborates with HR, plant leadership and other stakeholders, with a multi-site scope across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in manufacturing or multi-site settings.
• Strong writing, presentation and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
• English: B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the internal communications strategy aligned with priorities and culture.
• Develop campaigns and content for diverse employee audiences across sites.
• Coordinate communications for key initiatives, changes, culture and engagement programs.
• Partner with plant leaders and HR to ensure consistency across sites with regular plant visits.
• Develop and strengthen internal channels, including digital formats.
• Establish calendars and processes to improve planning, consistency, and execution.
• Monitor effectiveness through basic metrics and feedback.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers as needed.

We are looking for an Internal Communications Leader to lead and strengthen the internal communications strategy across the organization's manufacturing operations.

This role will be responsible for ensuring clear, timely and effective communication with employees at different levels of the organization, connecting business priorities, culture and key organizational initiatives.

The position will work closely with Human Resources, plant leadership and other key stakeholders, with a multi-site scope across manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute the internal communications strategy, aligned with business priorities, culture and organizational objectives.
• Develop communication plans, campaigns and content for different employee audiences, including operational, professional and leadership populations.
• Coordinate communication for key business initiatives, organizational changes, culture and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with plant leaders and HR teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across manufacturing sites, including regular visits to plants.
• Develop and strengthen internal communication channels, incorporating digital and multimedia formats where relevant.
• Establish communication calendars and processes to improve planning, consistency and execution.
• Monitor communication effectiveness through basic metrics and employee feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers when required for communication projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or related areas.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation and project management skills.
• Experience developing communication campaigns and content for digital channels.
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders and influence stakeholders across different areas.
• Experience working with operational/frontline populations.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
• English: B2 or higher.
