IFF is seeking an Intern in Mexico City to support procurement and supply chain activities within a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and nutrition. You will assist with PO creation, supplier quotations, supplier data maintenance, and reporting, while gaining hands-on experience across procurement processes in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires active student status in a related field, English proficiency, and advanced Excel skills, with opportunities to learn SAP and Power BI.

Formación

• Active student status with graduation date allowing participation in a 12-month internship program.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday in a part-time internship schedule.
• Advanced English proficiency, including verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills.
• Experience using formulas, functions, filters, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support the purchase order creation and follow-up process for buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Track supplier quotations and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Assist in supplier creation and maintenance activities.
• Support the resolution of inquiries from suppliers and internal users.
• Collaborate on supplier development initiatives and related projects.
• Provide support during supplier negotiations and sourcing activities.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and data analysis.
• Assist with administrative activities related to purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement function.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced English proficiency, including verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills.
