A luxury villa development company is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to create high-end designs for luxury villas in Los Cabos. The role involves selecting materials, collaborating with construction teams, and ensuring designs cater to the premium lifestyle of the area. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in luxury interiors, proficiency in design software, and be able to work on-site. Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury villa or high-end residential interior design.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Cabos and manage multiple projects.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.

Job Opportunity: Interior Designer for Luxury Villas – Los Cabos

We are a growing company specializing in the construction and management of high‑end luxury villas in Los Cabos. We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated, high‑end interior design concepts for new luxury villa projects
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories appropriate for luxury vacation rental and private villa standards
• Collaborate closely with architects, builders, and project managers during design and construction phases
• Ensure designs are elegant, functional, and aligned with the premium Los Cabos lifestyle (ocean views, natural light, indoor‑outdoor flow)
• Assist with styling and furnishing of managed luxury villas for optimal guest experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury villa or high‑end residential interior design (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of premium materials, furniture brands, and current luxury design trends
• Ability to work on‑site in Los Cabos and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software (Revit, Lumion, or similar), and Adobe Suite
• Fluent in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
