Job summary

AB Living Group seeks a Group Interior Designer to lead interior styling across luxury hospitality and residential assets, including global destinations. You will source products, coordinate suppliers, develop specifications, and ensure flawless execution aligned with brand standards and guest experience objectives.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in luxury environments, strong sourcing capabilities, and fluent English and native Spanish. Travel between properties will be regular.

Qualifications

• Degree in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, or related field.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end residential environments.
• Experience managing FF&E, OS&E, lighting, textiles, tableware, plants, and decor.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican supplier market for furniture, lighting, and artisan products.
• Experience with specifications, samples, procurement coordination, and project execution.
• Excellent organization and multi-project management capabilities.
• Professional English and native Spanish.
• Willingness to travel regularly between assets.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee interior styling and ambience initiatives across assets.
• Transform concepts into installed design solutions and manage coordination.
• Maintain supplier relationships aligned with design standards.
• Prepare specifications, presentations, and leadership materials.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Sales, Maintenance, F&B, Spa teams.
• Manage installation process ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Record interventions, suppliers, installations, and progress for leadership.
• Conduct site visits to maintain brand standards across properties.
• Contribute ideas to evolve interior design standards and guest experience.
