Autoliv is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team, supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, interview candidates, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a great candidate experience from home.

This role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, strong communication, and expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to attract top talent.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote or hybrid.
• Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
