Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Mexicali to manage intercompany planning and cross-site project facilitation. You will handle stock transfers, POs, and pricing records while aligning demand with production capacity across Aero Structures sites.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, SAP ERP proficiency, and strong Excel/data analysis skills. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential for global team coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with SAP Procurement and ERP/MRP systems.
Advanced English proficiency to collaborate with global teams.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure intercompany planning aligns with procedures and policies.
Facilitate intercompany projects to streamline product flow across sites.
Manage stock transfer orders, purchase orders, long-term agreements, and pricing records.
Review intercompany demand, process sales orders, and support working capital and operations planning.
Collaborate with production control to address capacity and delivery challenges.
Occasional travel to the United States may be required and visa may be needed.
Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with diverse teams and stakeholders.
