Job summary

Hexaware Technologies seeks a Business Analyst – Intelligent Automation to lead automation initiatives in Monterrey, Mexico. You will work directly with customers to assess requirements, design end-to-end automation using Automation Anywhere A360, and document deliverables in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include conducting workshops, UAT sessions, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience gathering and validating requirements.
• Experience leading automation assessments and end-to-end projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for client interactions.
• Strong documentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Hands‑on automation implementation using APA offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation assessments and end-to-end automation projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design reviews.
• Drive UAT sessions directly with customers.
