Flex is seeking an Integration Processes Supervisor in Guadalajara, North Campus, to lead manual assembly and integration in a 100% manual manufacturing setting. The role reports to the Operations Manager and drives quality, efficiency, and responsiveness across several production lines.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS or equivalent, senior planning experience, English at a basic–intermediate level, and a background in electronics/mechatronics.

Responsabilidades

• Production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Manages a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Reviews plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.
• Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and coaches operators to improve capability.
• Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and develop project proposals with engineers.
• Lead manual integration and assembly processes from screw-driving operations to final packaging.
• Supervise testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing, ICT, and functional/drying tests.
• Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
• React with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Integration Processes Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Integration Processes Supervisor is responsible r to lead manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.
• Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
• Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes.
• Provides technical/operational advice to project teams. Lead manual integration and assembly processes from screw-driving operations to final packaging.
• Supervise testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing, ICT, and functional and drying tests.
• Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
• React with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
