Randstad México is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable integration solutions using TIBCO, REST APIs, IPaaS and microservices. You will work with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business needs and ensure reliable delivery.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on API and integration tooling experience, and the ability to influence others. Initial contract through Randstad with potential direct engagement after three months.

Formación

• 5+ years in software development leadership or integration roles.
• Strong communication with business and IT.
• Hands-on experience with integration tech: APIGEE, REST, Kafka, IPaaS.
• Knowledge of Tibco BW 6.x and EMS.
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus.
• Familiarity with microservices and Java/Python is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Product environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO, REST APIs, and IPaaS.
• Create specifications, test plans and scripts.
• Develop prototypes and evaluate alternatives for business requirements.
• Resolve defects including production issues.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Product Owners.
• Define and enforce integration standards and documentation.
• Build client relationships and contribute to practice development.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Security on integration topics.
