Job summary

DRiV, the aftermarket business group of Tenneco, seeks a Business Planning Manager to lead integrated planning processes. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, and drive forecasting, performance reviews, and actionable decisions.

You will develop planning models, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and deliver concise executive materials to help meet growth, profitability, and working capital targets

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in planning, FP&A, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading annual operating plans, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Strong financial/commercial acumen: revenue, pricing, margin, inventory, working capital.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; experience with ERP/BI/planning tools.
• Experience consolidating inputs from multiple functions/regions and setting standards.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead DRiV's annual operating plan, long-range plan, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Translate strategic priorities into coordinated plans with measurable objectives.
• Align demand, revenue, margin, inventory, and capacity across functions.
• Develop planning models and conduct scenario analyses for growth opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level insights and concise presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly reviews and drive actionable follow-ups.
• Improve planning templates, governance, and data quality across regions.
