This role partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Product Management, Purchasing, and other functions to develop forecasts, evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support timely decision-making. The successful candidate will drive planning discipline, align cross-functional assumptions, prepare executive-level insights, and help ensure that DRiV delivers its growth, profitability, working capital, and operational commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead DRiV's annual operating plan, long-range plan, periodic forecast, and business review processes, establishing clear timelines, deliverables, assumptions, and accountabilities.

  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Product Management, and Purchasing leaders to align demand, revenue, margin, inventory, capacity, productivity, and investment assumptions.
  • Develop and maintain integrated planning models, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, market changes, operational constraints, and financial tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly business performance reviews, consolidating results, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions for senior leadership.
  • Analyze performance against plan, identify root causes of variances, and partner with accountable leaders to define recovery actions and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor key business drivers, including sales, pricing, mix, margin, customer demand, inventory, service, productivity, working capital, and capital investment.
  • Provide fact-based recommendations on resource allocation, commercial priorities, cost actions, inventory strategies, and other decisions affecting business performance.
  • Establish consistent planning templates, definitions, governance, and reporting routines across regions and functions to improve transparency and decision quality.
  • Prepare concise executive presentations and decision materials that communicate assumptions, performance trends, business implications, recommendations, and required actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings, resolve gaps between functional plans, and ensure decisions and action items are documented and completed.
  • Support strategic initiatives, business cases, portfolio reviews, customer or market assessments, and transformation programs through structured analysis and planning.
  • Continuously improve planning tools, processes, data quality, and management routines to increase speed, accuracy, accountability, and business impact.
Education and Experience
