Job summary

Chubb seeks a Product Owner to own the digital product vision, roadmap, and backlog. You will prioritize customer and agent impact, liaising with development teams and other digital domain owners to ensure alignment and value delivery across underwriting craftsmanship.

The role requires balancing stakeholder expectations, shaping the product strategy, and driving releases with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering insurtech or digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Familiarity with Agile values and Scrum Product Owner role.
• Experience launching digital solutions in insurance.
• Collaborates with BI and process engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutions to overall success using input from the team, stakeholders and customers.
• Own holistic team performance to meet business objectives and outcomes.
• Balance cross-functional inputs to set direction for journeys and own solution strategy.
• Work with BI and process engineering to track KPIs linked to OKRs.
• Define and prioritize user stories/epics/tasks daily.
• Own team vision and priorities to deliver customer impact quickly.
• Communicate requirements clearly to the team.
• Plan and facilitate sprint planning with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain the team backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in release planning and sprint meetings.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Coach dev and design teams during solution development.
• Incorporate usability studies into requirements.
