Alstom in Merida, Mexico, is seeking an Installation Team Leader to oversee field installation activities within railway projects. You will coordinate the team, ensure design documents are followed, and align with the Installation Supervisor and PrIM on schedule and safety.

You will work across site locations, train and assess team members, ensure tools, materials, and method statements are in place, and report progress daily.

Formación

• Minimum high school degree or technical level in electronics/electromechanics.
• 1–2 years in industrial electrical, electronic, or fiber optic field.
• Knowledge of railway products and services across market segments.

Responsabilidades

• Execute installation activities per design documentation and supervisor orientation.
• Manage team, verify tools, materials, and training needs.
• Prepare daily progress reports and handover/delivery documentation.
• Ensure EHS compliance and use PPE as defined.
