Alstom is seeking an Installation Team Leader to oversee on-site installation activities within railway projects. You will manage field teams, ensure adherence to design documents, and coordinate with the Installation Supervisor to deliver safe and efficient installations.

The role requires 1–2 years in industrial electrical/electronic projects, knowledge of fiber optic tasks, and strong leadership with a focus on EHS compliance across the job site.

Formación

• Minimum high school degree or technical level with 3–5 years in similar functions.
• Experience in Electrical, Electronic, Fiber Optic fields and railway product installation methods.
• Knowledge of EHS procedures and PPE requirements; able to train and supervise workers.

Responsabilidades

• Execute installation activities according to design and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure PPE, safety rules, and risk controls are followed; report deviations.
• Manage tools, drawings, method statements, and materials for the task.
• Lead and train team members, verify documentation, and monitor progress.
• Prepare daily progress, survey, anomaly, and EHS reports as required.
• Support project team across sites to ensure quality and safety.
