AMS is seeking a Specialist, BI to deliver timely reporting and maintain the central data model across supported accounts. You will work with the BI Team Leader to manage stakeholder expectations and scope enhancements to the reporting suite. This hybrid role requires presence at Monterrey office one day per week.

You will contribute to data governance, high-quality reporting, and continuous improvement of BI processes, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with business needs.

Formación

• Proven ability to translate data into insights for stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration across teams to deliver BI initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Data governance: ensure data integrity and security.
• Reporting: create comprehensive reports and presentations with few reworks.
• Quality standards: work with QA to ensure quality and impact.
• Reporting utilization: monitor usage and update reporting suite; communicate timelines and CSAT feedback.
• Data model ownership: maintain central data model and address tech debt.
