Vertiv is seeking a Hub Site Manager in Monterrey, Mexico, to support operations and initiatives for the regional AMER support hub. You will ensure safe facilities, enable talent delivery, and align projects with HUB strategy while managing costs.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with HR, Facilities, EHS, IT, Finance, and Logistics, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across site operations and warehousing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Facilities, or Procurement or related field.
• Proven experience in Shared Services / Hub environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Support Site/HUB Leader in defining, planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects across HR, Facilities, EHS, IT, Finance, Logistics, Operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities with local/global stakeholders and implement solutions.
