Kids2, Inc. seeks an Insights Analyst to join its Global Insights & Analytics team.

You will extract insights from data to support growth strategies, advise on data-driven solutions, and generate monthly reports and dashboards for gear and toys. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will handle Circana syndicated data, perform ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn trends into actionable recommendations.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in Analytics or large data set analysis.
• Syndicated data experience with Circana, Nielsen, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regular reporting and analytics using diverse data sources and dashboards.
• Collect, process, and clean data from various sources for insights.
• Create flexible, intuitive dashboards and analyses for leaders to assess performance.
