You will develop industry knowledge, collaborate across departments, and engage clients by phone and email, including cold outreach. A finance background and strong Excel skills help you excel in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's or diploma in finance required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills for technical truck sales conversations.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
• Comfortable with face-to-face, phone calls and cold calling.
• Strong computer skills with Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from customers via calls and emails.
• Prepare and submit paperwork to finalize vehicle sales or leases.
• Maintain records of sales activities and documents.
• Develop knowledge about trucking equipment and features.
• Assist with financing and credit applications paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and ownership documents of used trucks.
• Coordinate with DOT for smooth sales transfers.
