The role requires collaboration with a technical lead, gathering business requirements, supporting engagements, and participating in relevant events to stay current with emerging technologies within Agile environments.

Formación

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy or customer support.
• Knowledge of Agile, AWS, API, AI, ML, and DevOps concepts is advantageous.

The role plays a vital role in configuring systems, diagnosing issues, and monitoring performance, thereby supporting in shaping technical direction and strategies both with the organization and for the clients.
