Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage the execution of new product development and continuous improvement projects from ideation through commercialization.
You will develop project plans to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting or exceeding cost and quality specifications. You will champion the Stage-Gate process and manage documentation for the New Product Development process, coordinating with marketing,
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced New Product Development environment leading cross-functional teams.
- PMP certification, Agile experience, and advanced MS Project skills preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Lead multiple end-to-end strategic projects across several product lines and channels.
- Use the FBIN PPM system to plan, track, and coordinate project activities.
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules with proactive risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Operations to focus on speed to market and innovation.
