Placements24 in Mexico is seeking an innovative Product Manager to lead the development of consumer goods products in a fast-paced market. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market and consumer insights, and collaborate with R&D, design, engineering, and marketing to bring new products to market.

The role requires at least 5 years in product management, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish with English desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed product specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, design, engineering, and marketing throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage product launches, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Monitor performance and iterate to improve market fit and user experience.
• Act as product evangelist communicating value to stakeholders.
• Manage lifecycle including end-of-life planning and sunsetting strategies.
