Copeland seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly to drive process improvements and cost reduction across assembly operations. You will support capacity expansion, new product development, and create efficient workstation layouts.

Proficiency with reading 2D/3D CAD drawings, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams is essential to help deliver high‑quality, scalable manufacturing solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.
• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings and CAD models.
• Strong problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize, develop, and implement process improvements for operational optimization and cost reduction.
• Support capacity expansion, new product development, and new manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings and models.
• Provide mechanical engineering solutions for equipment design and manufacturing.
• Guide component design to align with manufacturing best practices.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) procedures and launches.
• Develop assembly processes, workstation layouts, and material handling for new products.
• Create and maintain technical docs, work instructions, PFMEAs, and process flows.
