Corning Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager – Injection Molding to lead a multidisciplinary team across molding engineering, tooling, maintenance, production, quality, supply chain, and data.

You will build a safe, efficient operation aligned with customer commitments and long-term capability growth, while guiding internal capabilities and external supplier partnerships. This hands-on leadership role requires strong Lean and Six Sigma skills, budget and capability management, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial/Operations or related Engineering discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Drive Lean, 5S, TPM, and continuous-improvement practices.
• Optimize capacity, labor, materials, inventory, and OEE.
• Partner with engineering and suppliers for product launches and make-vs-buy decisions.
