About the Role

Our client, a prominent construction company operating in Puebla, Puebla , is seeking a skilled and experienced Jefe de Obra (Edificación) . This role is central to the successful execution of diverse building projects, from residential complexes to commercial structures. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. We are looking for a proactive leader with a strong technical background in civil engineering and construction management, capable of making critical decisions on-site and fostering a collaborative environment among subcontractors and internal teams. Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
