San Jose Tropical Fruits in Mexico is seeking a Digital Transformation and AI Engineer to lead technology-driven initiatives across the lime supply chain. Hybrid role based in Guadalajara with partial remote work, focusing on designing and implementing projects that optimize farming, packing, and distribution processes.

You will develop AI and data-driven solutions, integrate software with existing operations, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and quality teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, electronics, or related technical field.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI or ML to operations, logistics, or agribusiness.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with sensors, IoT, or hardware integration.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus for international coordination.

Responsabilidades
