The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and security practices, with hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba gear.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in network support or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with major vendor hardware (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba).
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for network incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in network support, administration, or engineering. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and other core networking protocols. Hands‑on experience with network hardware from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba). Experience with network security principles and tools (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS). Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, ping, traceroute. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience with network automation or scripting is a plus.
