About the Role

Our client, a growing company in the consumer goods sector based in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas , is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineer to focus on process development and product lifecycle management. This role is essential for ensuring that new products are seamlessly integrated into manufacturing processes, meeting quality and efficiency targets from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product development cycles, manufacturing processes, and quality control principles. You will work closely with R&D, design, and production teams to optimize processes, conduct pilot runs, and ensure smooth scale-up. This is an on-site position critical for driving innovation and ensuring product success in the market.
