Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and technically skilled Ingeniero de Desarrollo de Producto y Procesos to join the R&D team in Morelia, Michoacán. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product and process development within the chemical industry.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory synthesis, process scale-up, and pilot plant operations.
• Knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, separation techniques, and process safety.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques and data interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in industries relevant to Morelia, Michoacán is advantageous.
• Fluent in Spanish and working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities
