Requirements

• Proven experience with methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote tasks with on-site collaboration.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
