Qualifications

• Ingeniería Industrial, Administración/Operaciones u otro campo relacionado.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en operaciones o mejora de procesos.
• Experiencia con Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferido).
• Habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia con las partes interesadas.
• Experiencia con análisis de datos y herramientas de visualización (Excel, Tableau).
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno híbrido (remoto y on-site).
• Fluidez en español; el inglés es una ventaja.

Responsibilities

• Analizar procesos existentes para identificar cuellos de botella e ineficiencias.
• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de optimización de procesos y reducción de costos.
• Liderar iniciativas de mejora basadas en Lean Six Sigma.
• Diseñar y gestionar proyectos e indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
• Colaborar entre departamentos para implementar cambios de proceso.
• Crear documentación de procesos y SOPs.
• Facilitar talleres y formación en mejora continua.
• Investigar y proponer nuevas tecnologías para aumentar la eficiencia.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of process changes.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational improvements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or other relevant methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and responsibilities across remote and on-site work.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to change management.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is an asset.
• Must be available for hybrid work based in Cuernavaca, Morelos .
