Placements24 is seeking a Process Optimization and Operational Efficiency Consultant for our Torreón, Coahuila office. You will analyze complex operations, identify bottlenecks and design practical, data-driven improvements to help clients streamline manufacturing and logistics processes.

Ideal candidates are analytical, proactive and comfortable in client-facing environments, with Lean and Six Sigma experience and a track record of delivering measurable performance gains in industrial settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a business-related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in process improvement or operational consulting.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-to-insights skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; client-facing experience.

• Knowledge of the Coahuila industrial landscape is advantageous.
