Responsibilities

Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Utilize data analysis techniques to measure performance and identify trends.
Design and manage projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
Collaborate with department managers and staff to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
Monitor KPIs and report on progress and outcomes.
Facilitate team workshops and training sessions on productivity techniques.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in operational efficiency.
Support the integration of new systems or tools to optimize operations.
