Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt desirable.
• Experience applying Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Poka-Yoke) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication in Spanish.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.

About the Role

Our client, a recognized leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a driven Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to join their team in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This role is integral to driving operational excellence by identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements across all manufacturing processes. You will utilize methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and lower costs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful process improvement projects, strong analytical skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or lean manufacturing roles, preferably in the automotive sector.


• Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.


• Proven experience in applying Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Poka-Yoke) and Six Sigma methodologies.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.


• Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills in Spanish.


• Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels of the organization.


• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.


• Experience in automotive manufacturing processes is a significant advantage.
