• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficient with reliability analysis tools such as Minitab and ReliaSoft.
• Experience in FMEA, FTA, HALT/HASS testing.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability test plans and protocols for automotive components.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for returned products or field failures.
• Implement reliability engineering tools and methodologies such as FMEA and FTA.
• Analyze test data and field data to predict product reliability and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to incorporate reliability considerations into product development and production processes.

Our client, a major manufacturer in the automotive supply chain, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their growing team in Torreón, Coahuila . This critical role focuses on ensuring the durability, longevity, and dependable performance of our automotive components and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of failure analysis techniques, and experience in implementing reliability-focused design and testing methodologies. You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify potential failure modes, implement preventative measures, and drive continuous improvement in product reliability. Key Responsibilities
