Confidential is seeking an IT Project Coordinator located in Mexico City (Santa Fe) for on-site work. The role focuses on coordinating technology projects, aligning business needs with technical teams, and ensuring organized execution across global teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT project coordination experience, strong communication, and a track record with Jira, MS Project, and ITIL 4 processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of IT project coordination, PMO activities, or similar role.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery models, SDLC, and ITIL 4.
• Experience using Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, data analysis, and dashboard development.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate IT project activities, schedules, deliverables, and meetings.
• Track tasks, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and project performance indicators.
• Validate that technical solutions meet business requirements and project objectives.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support backlog management and prepare materials for steering committees.
• Analyze CES, CSAT, and NPS indicators to improve the customer experience.
