Mriti InfoSystems Inc. is seeking a Senior AMS Support Consultant to join the AMS team, supporting Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) for a manufacturing/distribution client environment.

This role owns L2/L3 support - incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and hands-on user support across core manufacturing ERP processes. You will design integrations, build queries and reports, and work across offshore/onshore models.

Formación

• 6-10 years total IT/ERP experience.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial.
• Minimum 3 years ERP AMS/production support experience.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills (3+ years).
• Experience with Infor Mongoose framework and IDOs (preferred, 2+ years).
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, MRP/Production Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools, Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy custom forms, DataViews, and IDOs using the Infor Mongoose framework.
• Build and maintain business logic, Event Handlers, and user-defined methods.
• Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Build operational reports using SSRS, SSIS, and Birst/BQL.
• Design integrations between SyteLine and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Maintain data mapping, data loading, and migration routines.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring issues.
• Document technical specs, SOPs, and training guides.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Application Support Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team, supporting Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) for a manufacturing/distribution client environment. This role owns L2/L3 support - incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and hands-on user support across core manufacturing ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom forms, DataViews, and IDOs using the Infor Mongoose framework
• Build and maintain business logic, Event Handlers, and user-defined methods
• Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers
• Build operational reports using SSRS, SSIS, and Birst/BQL
• Design integrations between SyteLine and external systems (CRM, MES, WMS) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Maintain data mapping, data loading, and migration routines
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring issues
• Document technical specs, SOPs, and training guides

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years total IT/ERP experience
• Minimum 4 years hands-on Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial
• Minimum 3 years ERP AMS/production support experience
• Strong SQL Server, T-SQL, and database administration skills (3+ years)
• Working knowledge of Infor Mongoose framework and IDOs (preferred, 2+ years)
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, MRP/Production Planning, and Shop Floor Control modules
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools, Azure DevOps or Jira
• Manufacturing/Distribution industry background preferred
