Sanhua International is seeking an ERP Administrator in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. The ideal candidate will install and maintain the Infor LN ERP system while optimizing MS SQL Server databases and integrating with other business systems.

You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and possess over five years of experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor LN. A strong understanding of database administration and technical support will significantly enhance operational efficiencies.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Infor LN or other ERP system administration.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN architecture and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain the Infor LN ERP system to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operation.
• Administer and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including backup and recovery, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system tuning.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Infor LN and other business systems, providing technical support and ensuring seamless business operations.
• Manage user access, security controls, and ERP-related technical support to ensure system compliance and data security.
• Perform system performance optimization, incident analysis, disaster recovery management, and technical documentation maintenance to continuously improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN or other ERP system administration, support, or operations, with hands-on experience in manufacturing ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN architecture, MS SQL Server database administration, and ERP system integration, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
