Eaton in Ciudad Juárez, MX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects focused on capacity expansion, automation, and cost optimization. You will guide cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure safe, on‑time, within‑budget execution aligned with business growth.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, PMP/Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field relevant to manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing setting with cross‑functional project leadership.
• Experience with CAPEX, NPI, process optimization and capacity expansion.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent/strong English (85%).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and establish project management standards and methodologies.
• Monitor compliance with engineering standards and company policies.
• Coordinate communications across multiple projects and teams.
• Develop long and short-term plans with milestone targets.
• Ensure quality of project deliverables and maintain standards.
• Create detailed project plans and track milestone progress.
• Report to management and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage risks and implement corrective actions within scope, time, and budget.
