Flex Guadalajara is seeking an Industrial Supervisor to lead shift-based manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, cost, and output targets are met. You will support process design, documentation, and optimization while driving continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an Industrial Engineering or related degree, experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement, and familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or related degree completed.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial processes, or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of time and motion study methods.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, analysis, and optimization of production processes.
• Prepare and update technical documentation: process sheets, work instructions, flow diagrams.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing costs, cycle times, and waste.
• Collaborate in the implementation of production control systems and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production departments to resolve technical issues.
