You will manage service tickets, coordinate technical teams, and oversee after‑sales projects to ensure smooth interventions and system performance.

Travel up to 30% is required, and you will collaborate with technical departments, prepare quotes, and maintain project plans while ensuring quality, cost, and on‑time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering or related field

Responsabilidades

• Manage service tickets and ensure timely response and resolution
• Coordinate technical teams for planned and unplanned interventions
• Oversee after‑sales projects and ensure quality, cost, and on‑time delivery
• Prepare quotes for service interventions and coordinate with spare parts and planning tools
• Travel up to 30% and reside in Monterrey area
