Incora seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, ensuring reliable operations. You will execute maintenance schedules, troubleshoot failures, perform repairs and replacements, and maintain maintenance documentation to support uptime.

Responsibilities include PMs, inspections, timely repairs, and adherence to safety and 5S in maintenance areas, with a focus on first-time fixes and efficiency.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3-5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS maintenance software.
• Valid driver's license (may be required).

Responsabilidades

• Execute assigned preventive maintenance routes and schedules.
• Respond to and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Perform repairs, component replacements, and equipment modifications.
• Maintain maintenance work orders and documentation.
• Support TPM and reliability programs.
• Maintain tools and maintenance equipment.
• Support safety and 5S in maintenance areas.
• Complete and submit maintenance reports.
