PSC Industries in Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Manager to lead IE strategy and oversee a team of industrial engineers across a high-growth site, partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to boost productivity and enable advanced manufacturing technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience in high-mix, complex, or high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams across shifts, sites, or large-scale operations.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Industrial Engineering strategy and develop a high-performing team.
• Optimize workflows, material flow, production lines, capacity, and labor utilization.
• Identify and deploy automation, Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
• Drive improvements in labor productivity, cycle time, capacity, and costs.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
