BRP is seeking an Industrial Engineering Coordinator to optimize line configurations, improve safety and quality across processes, and drive continuous improvement. The role covers current operations, process changes, and implementation of new manufacturing processes, with a focus on Lean methods and cost optimization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate ergonomics and workstation design, and support ISO 9001 and PFMEA initiatives.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of LEAN, PFMEA, ISO 9001 and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

Create a safe, organized work environment and reduce safety risks.
Coordinate IE activities for operations and projects, including workstation design and ergonomics.
Solve quality issues using PI/DMAIC methods and workshops.
Lead Health & Safety initiatives, ISO 9001 compliance, PFMEA, and risk analysis.
Develop IE team performance aligned with company objectives.
Drive new project work and industrialization of new models/lines.
Implement short- and long-term improvements in cost, efficiency, and processes.
Manage CAPEX/OPEX and enforce BRP policies.
Promote continuous improvement with Lean Manufacturing tools.
