Formación

• Broad knowledge of industrial engineering tools including work measurement, simulation, process mapping and facility design.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to assess cost and investment impact.
• Proven track record in change management, continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of Jabil's global strategies and site alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage projects to eliminate waste using standard IE processes.
• Perform complex process simulation, OR, and cost analysis for proposals.
• Verify time standards and report IE metrics for assigned area or customer.
• Drive process mapping and SAP/MES configurations within the site.
• Prepare quotes for proposed projects and support NPI activities.
• Coach and train IE team members and ensure standardization across the site.
